- Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) III (ARP ESSER): ESSER III funding is federal dollars. The State has already submitted a plan. Districts have to submit a reopening plan and a draft budget for the funds.
- Division 22 Report: The Division 22 Report is an annual report required of school districts to show compliance with the state standards (during the previous school year) as set forth in OAR chapter 581. A district must post the report on compliance with state standards on the districts web page by November 1st.

- Comprehensive School Counseling Plan
- The Visions, Assumptions, and Mission of Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling in Fern Ridge School District. (Reviewed annually-last review 9/24)
- Prevention Education in Drugs and Alcohol Plan
- A comprehensive program aimed at prevention instruction with regards to alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use/abuse. (Reviewed annually-last review 7/25)

- Restraint and Seclusion Report
- Each District, in compliance with board policy JGAB, must submit an annual report for the preceding school year to ODE to ensure compliance with district policies and procedures.
- Comprehensive School Counseling Plan
- English Language Learner Plan
- Each eligible entity desiring a subgrant from the State educational agency (SEA) under section 3114 shall submit a plan to the State educational agency at such time, in such manner, and containing such information as the SEA may require. This is the plan Fern Ridge updated in June 2025. The update has not been submitted to ODE yet for approval. Our last plan that was requested from ODE and approved occurred on March 30, 2018.
- English Language Learner Reports – English (Reviewed annually – last review 6/25)
- The Oregon English Language Learner Report is an annual publication required by law (ORS 327.016), which reports on financial information for English language learner (ELL) programs, the objectives and needs of students eligible for and enrolled in an English language learner program, and provides information on the demographics of students in English language learner programs in each school district. In addition, this report serves as a tool that makes data on English language learners accessible to researchers, media, students, and parents.
- Estudiantes Aprendiendo Inglés en Oregón– espanol (Revisado anualmentey – última revisión 6/24)
- Información sobre este informe El Informe sobre los estudiantes del idioma inglés de Oregon es una publicación anual obligatoria por ley (ORS 327.016), que brinda información financiera de los programas para estudiantes del idioma inglés (English language learner, ELL), los objetivos y las necesidades de los estudiantes elegibles para un programa para estudiantes del idioma inglés y que están inscrito en uno y brinda los datos demográficos de estudiantes en programas de este tipo en cada distrito escolar. Además, este informe es una herramienta que brinda datos sobre los estudiantes del idioma inglés a los investigadores, los medios de comunicación, los estudiantes y los padres de familia.
- ADI’s LAW: COMPREHENSIVE STUDENT SUICIDE PREVENTION PLAN: This student suicide prevention plan for students in kindergarten through 12th grade, was developed by FRSD counselors. (Last update 8/24)
- FRSD Health Services Plan (update 8/24)
- FRSD-Communicable-Disease-Management-Plan: The Fern Ridge School District follows the published Communicable Disease Guidelines from the Oregon Department of Education and the Oregon Health Authority.
- Fern Ridge SD Annual Statement 2024
- Fern Ridge Healthy and Safe Schools Plan (HASS) Updated 7-7-2025
- OAR 581-022-2223 has several provisions, one of which is that each school district and public charter school must develop a Healthy and Safe Schools Plan for all buildings owned or leased by the school district or public charter school where students and staff are present on a regular basis. Among other things, the OAR states that the Healthy and Safe Schools Plan must include a plan to test for elevated levels of radon as required under ORS 332.167 (renumbered in 2017 to 332.345). Our plan fulfills the requirements as guided by law. (Reviewed annually – last review 7/24)
- Triennial Review of District Wellness Policy
- The FRSD Wellness policy, policy EFA, states: “At least once every three years, the district will evaluate compliance with the local wellness policy, to assess the implementation of the policy and produce a triennial progress report. (Last triennial report completed 10/2022)
- Fern Ridge School District Integrated Pest Management Plan
- Oregon Senate Bill 637 (incorporated into ORS Chapter 634 upon finalization in 2009) requires all school districts to implement integrated pest management in their schools. For this reason, the Fern Ridge School District School Board adopted this integrated pest management plan for use on the campuses of our district. Our plan explains how we will address all issues involved with responsible pest management.
- Fern Ridge School District Radon Plan
- (ORS) 332.166-167 (renumbered in 2017 to 332.341 – 345) directs all school districts in Oregon to develop a plan that guides accurately measuring school buildings for elevated radon levels. The plan posted here was developed by our facilities and maintenance staff and explains the protocols necessary for compliance as well as how Fern Ridge School District will follow those protocols. Oregon Health Authority’s Testing for Elevated Radon in Oregon Schools, specifically Appendices A and D will be used to guide this effort. The plan posted here was developed for the Fern Ridge School District. Fern Ridge School District will also use the “Testing for Elevated Radon in Oregon Schools” document published by Oregon Health Authority in 2016 for detailed testing instructions.

Integrated Plan Application – This document is a 28 page narrative application that looks at FRSD’s Needs Assessment Summary, Plan, and targeted responses to the ODE’s four Common Goals.
FRSD Integrated Planning and Budget – This planning sheet includes our Outcomes and Strategies across the 6 initiatives. It also includes our budgeting plan for the next years with the ODE grant dollars. Finally, the district has targeted Tier 2 items that we hope to have approved in case the budget allows for additional activities.
Integrated Plan Presentation- Website -This slide deck includes an overview of the 3 Pillars from our Mission Statement: Relationship, Rigor, and Relevance. It also shares some of the activities that we are currently doing to support students in these areas. Student and Community input data is shared for each of the 3 areas.
